Ear Seeds Therapy involves placing small seeds or metallic balls on specific points on the ear to stimulate the body’s natural healing process. In the 1950s, a French physician, Dr. Nogier, discovered that the ear contains a microsystem that corresponds to every part of the body, and by stimulating specific points on the ear, he could influence the corresponding body part.

Wash the ear gently in the shower. Remove seeds immediately if you experience any skin irritation or discomfort.

We recommend that you leave the ear seeds on for the full recommended retention period, which is typically up to one week. However, if you need to remove the ear seeds earlier, you can do so by gently peeling them off the skin.
